Day by day
- Arrival in Moshi — Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, transfer to your Moshi hotel and meet the guide for briefing and preparation.
- Moshi to Umbwe Gate to Umbwe Cave Camp — Transfer to Umbwe Gate and trek through dense rainforest to Umbwe Cave Camp for the night.
- Umbwe Cave Camp to Barranco Camp — Trek through scenic ridges and valleys to Barranco Camp and stay overnight.
- Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp — Continue through alpine desert to Karanga Camp for the night.
- Karanga Camp to Barafu Camp — Ascend to Barafu Camp near the summit and prepare for the midnight summit push.
- Barafu Camp to Uhuru Peak to Mweka Camp — Depart at midnight, reach Uhuru Peak (5,895m) for sunrise and descend to Mweka Camp.
- Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate to Moshi — Descend to Mweka Gate, complete the trek and transfer to Moshi for rest and celebration.
